McGill Family – Atlanta Family Photographer

It’s always so nice to go back to my roots of Atlanta where I lived and worked for so many years.

It’s a breath of fresh air.

I live in paradise on 30A but there’s something particularly special about going back home.  I love the feel of crisp Fall air in Atlanta this time of year. Plus, I get to see all of the beautiful Autumn leaves. But mainly, I treasure all of my relationships from years past and it’s always so special to visit again.

It was a beautiful Fall afternoon for the McGill family. The light was so pretty and the colorful leaves made me so happy!  They’re such a striking family. I am grateful to be able to document their memories and their precious new baby boy, Crews. Best of all, Sister Morgan was such a proud little sister and helped me so much!!

Hooks Family – 30A Florida Family Photographer

This was such a fun session with these two cuties from Atlanta!

It took about 5 minutes of warming up to Shelli and then it was on! They giggled, they hugged, they kissed, they sang and then they didn’t want her to leave. Until next time sweet ones…

Wiesel Family – Watercolor Beach and 30A Florida Photographer

What a sweet, sweet session with this lovely family.

Recently the Wiesel Family from Atlanta, Georgia and grandparents (all the way from Michigan) came to the 30A Area / Watercolor for vacation. It was the perfect time for their photoshoot with Shelli. Everyone was all smiles – on the beach or just hanging around in the shade.

And baby girl… well, those beautiful blue eyes could melt a heart!!!

Thank you for allowing Shelli Allen Photography to capture these precious memories for your family.

My Sweet Girl – Turtle Bay Resort, Hawaii

You blink, they’ve grown. You turn around and they take your breath away.

Recently our family had one of the best family vacations of a lifetime. The kind where the kids were old enough to enjoy one another’s company as well as the adults.  We surfed and fished and laughed but most importantly, we made memories.

I took my camera and captured these fleeting moments with my sweet girl.  She is at a place where she is still very much a little girl but she is starting to really turn into her own person. Her baby face isn’t as prominent and who she will be one day has started to emerge and truly shine.

As a parent, these are the slices of life that need recording because they will be gone before we know it.  My sweet Rosie girl is growing up. I want to always remember her this way. Carefree, happy, creative, independent and cherished beyond her wildest imagination.
